Terms of Service

01Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading, installing or using Trellip you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Trellip on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to bind that company. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

02The Service

Trellip is a visual library for saving and organizing links, notes, reminders, maps, PDFs, videos and images. It is available as desktop apps for macOS and Windows, mobile apps, a browser extension and this website (together, the "Service"). Features may differ by platform and version.

03Plans and payments

Trellip offers the following plans:

• Free: the local library on one device, with no cloud storage and no AI.
• Premium and Premium Plus: cloud sync, more storage, more devices, monthly AI usage and other features described at the time of purchase.

04Subscriptions, cancellation and withdrawal

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices include applicable taxes where the law requires it.

Some builds or test environments may let you change plans without payment. Those changes are not a purchase and may be reset at any time.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless you ask us to start the digital service immediately. If you start using a paid cloud feature straight away, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the service has been fully provided, as the law allows.

05Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which deletes your cloud data as described in our Privacy Policy.

06Your content

You keep ownership of the content you save in Trellip. You are responsible for having the rights to save, share and use that content, including copyright in images, PDFs, videos and texts. We do not review your library.

To run the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, copy, process and display your content on your devices and in our infrastructure, only to provide the features you use.

07Public collections

If you publish a collection in Explore, you grant other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view it within the Service. You can unpublish it at any time. Before publishing, remove personal data and any third-party content you do not have the right to share.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malware, or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other users’ accounts.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except where mandatory law allows it.
• Circumvent usage limits, AI quotas or plan restrictions.
• Publish content that is illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative, or that violates someone’s privacy.

09AI features

AI features are assistive. Results can be inaccurate or incomplete, so review suggestions, especially before relying on summaries, classifications or automated actions. AI features are available only with an active paid plan and within your monthly usage limit.

When the AI proposes an action that changes or deletes your data, you must confirm it. Trellip is not responsible for decisions you make based on AI output without reviewing it.

10Deletion and no undo

Deleting items, collections or accounts is permanent. Trellip does not offer an undo after deletion. Confirm carefully before deleting, and keep your own copies if you may need them later.

11Local data and backups

Local libraries are stored on your device, and you are responsible for backing up that device. If a cloud feature is not active, we cannot restore content that exists only locally.

12Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. Sync may be delayed when you are offline. We may add, change or remove features. For material changes that reduce paid features, we will give reasonable notice.

13Third-party services and links

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google, Stripe and map services, and may link to websites you save. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content.

14Intellectual property

Trellip, its software, design, logos and trademarks are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Open-source and third-party components are listed in the in-app Credits and remain subject to their own licenses.

15Termination

You can stop using Trellip at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously breach these terms, if the law requires it or if we discontinue the Service. Where possible, we will give reasonable notice.

16Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided as is, without warranties beyond those required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, except where the law makes us liable. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the mandatory rights of consumers.

17Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in advance through the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after the new terms take effect means you accept them.

18Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence also apply. Disputes are resolved by the courts of your place of residence or, where the law allows, by the courts of [CITY], Spain.
